DETAILED RULES OF THE COMPETITION

«FIFA WORLD CUP 2026»

The user interactive competition «FIFA World Cup 2026» (hereinafter – the «Competition»), part of the Organizer's special project dedicated to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, is held to generate and maintain long-term user engagement with the special project's events, increase the number of registered and active users of the Organizer's Website, and familiarise the Organizer's target audience with its Partner offers. The Competition is competitive in nature and its results are determined exclusively by the activity, knowledge and skills of the users (hereinafter – the «Participants»), recorded automatically. The Competition is not a lottery or any other kind of risk-based game, contains no element of randomness, does not require a participation fee, is not intended to generate profit or other income, and is conducted in accordance with the present Rules. Participation in the Competition is optional and by participating, Participants fully agree to the present Rules (hereinafter – the «Rules»).

These Rules have been prepared in accordance with Spanish Law 13/2011, of 27 May, on gambling regulation; Royal Decree 958/2020, of 3 November, on commercial communications of gambling activities (as amended following Supreme Court Judgment 527/2024 of 2 April 2024); Law 34/1988, of 11 November, General Advertising Law; Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI); Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).

1. COMPETITION ORGANIZER AND PARTNERS

1. The Organizer draws Participants' attention to the fact that Partners' activities involve the organisation and conduct of risk-based games and bets, which may result in financial losses. Participants voluntarily follow links to Partners' websites. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of Participants' participation in risk-based games and bets.

1. KEY DEFINITIONS

1. Competition – a skill-based promotional activity conducted among the Organizer's target audience, in which Winners are determined on the basis of knowledge demonstrated and tasks completed.
2. Competition Page – the location on the Organizer's Website where the Competition Announcement and these Rules are published: legalbet.es.
3. Final Round Rating – the final list of Participants of the corresponding Round, generated and recorded automatically at the end of the Round, based on the number of Rating Stars accumulated and applying the tie-breaking rule (refer to Section 6.8 of the Rules).
4. Game – a mini-game integrated into the Organizer's Website, which is the result of the intellectual property of the copyright holder. By completing the game, the Participant may complete special Round Tasks.
5. Organizer's Website – the information system accessible via the Internet at the domain name legalbet.es.
6. Participant – a legally capable individual, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, with habitual residence in Spain, who is also a tax resident of Spain in accordance with applicable Spanish tax laws and regulations, successfully registered and with verified identity on the Organizer's Website, and having completed the actions required to participate in the Competition as described in these Rules.

*Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to participate in the Competition. Reaching the age of eighteen (18) by the date of participation is a mandatory condition. Any violation of this requirement, if discovered at any stage of the Competition, will invalidate that person's status as a Participant.

1. Partner Website – an internet site owned by the Partners or used by them to conduct their activities, which the Participant voluntarily accesses while completing partner game assignments, including via links posted on the Organizer's Website.
2. Prize(s) – a valuable gift in kind, transferred to the Competition Winner in accordance with Section 8 of these Rules.
3. Rating Stars (Stars) – the conditional internal award of the Special Project, awarded to Participants for completing Tasks. Rating Stars are used for determining the Participant's place in the Rating of each Round and in the Final Round Rating. They have no monetary value, are not exchangeable for cash, and are non-transferable.
4. Round – a separate competitive period of the Competition, based on the results of which the Final Round Rating is determined and the Winners of the corresponding Round are designated. The Competition consists of four (4) Rounds (refer to Section 4.2 of the Rules).
5. Round Rating – an automatically generated and updated list of authorised Participants, ranked in descending order by the number of Rating Stars accumulated during the corresponding Round.
6. Tasks – daily tasks («dailies») and special Round tasks, for completing which the Participant is awarded Rating Stars in accordance with Section 6 of the Rules.
7. Winner(s) – a Participant who occupies a top position in the Final Round Rating and is entitled to receive the Prize in accordance with these Rules.

1. TERRITORY AND ELIGIBILITY

1. The Competition is intended for individuals located on the territory of Spain. The Organizer may use technical means (including IP geolocation) to restrict access to the Competition for users located outside Spain.
2. The Competition is available exclusively to users who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, with habitual residence in Spain, who are tax residents of Spain within the meaning of applicable Spanish tax laws and regulations.
3. The Organizer and Partners apply strict age verification measures. Participation by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. COMPETITION TIMELINE

1. The Competition is held from 11 June 2026 to 19 July 2026 (inclusive). The overall duration of the Competition includes the period during which Participants complete the required actions; the time for the Organizer to notify Winners; and the time for the Organizer to dispatch Prizes.
2. The Competition will be held in 4 (four) consecutive Rounds:
1. Round I: from 11 June 2026 to 20 June 2026 (inclusive), 10 days;
2. Round II: from 21 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 (inclusive), 10 days;
3. Round III: from 1 July 2026 to 10 July 2026 (inclusive), 10 days;
4. Round IV: from 11 July 2026 to 19 July 2026 (inclusive), 9 days.
3. The Organizer has the right to modify the Competition end date, provided that Participants are duly informed via the Competition Page.
4. The results of each Round are published (the Final Round Rating is formed and Round Winners are determined) automatically on the first day following the end date of the corresponding Round.
5. Prize dispatch deadline: within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the end of all Competition Rounds (i.e. after 19 July 2026), but not before the Organizer receives from the Winners the information necessary for dispatching the Prizes.

3. REQUIREMENTS, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

1. Participants must be legally capable individuals aged at least 18 (eighteen) years, with habitual residence in Spain.
2. The Participant must be registered and hold an active, verified account on the Organizer's Website.
3. The following individuals are not permitted to participate: employees and representatives of the Organizer and Partners, their affiliated persons and family members*, as well as employees and representatives of any other persons involved in the organisation and/or conduct of this Competition.

*For the purposes of these Rules, «family members» means: spouse, parents (including adoptive), children (including adopted), full and half siblings, cousins, nephews/nieces, uncles/aunts, grandparents, grandchildren, and guardians.

1. A Participant has the right:
1. to review these Rules in full;
2. to review information about the results of each Round and the Competition as a whole;
3. to request delivery of the Prize if all conditions for receiving it as stipulated by the Rules are duly fulfilled.
2. A Participant is obligated to perform all actions related to participation in the Competition and receipt of the Prize within the timeframes established by these Rules.
3. Participants are solely responsible for any costs associated with participation in the Competition, including internet connection costs and any other communication or transportation expenses.
4. By participating in the Competition, the Participant:
1. confirms they have reached 18 (eighteen) years of age;
2. confirms they have read and agree in full to the present Rules;
3. consents to the processing of personal data as described in Section 10.4 of these Rules;

confirms and accepts that refusal to accept these Rules and/or provide consent to personal data processing means refusal to participate in the Competition;

1. confirms they are responsible for all negative consequences of violating the warranties, consents, and confirmations provided in accordance with these Rules.

1. The Organizer has the right:
1. to require Participants to comply with these Rules;
2. to deny a Participant further participation and Prize dispatch in the event of a violation of these Rules, including conducting video calls or requesting additional identity documentation;
3. to conduct additional verification of Participant(s) and/or Winner(s) where suspicious activity is detected;
4. to decide on early termination of the Competition and/or any Round;
5. where there is suspicion that a Participant has committed actions prohibited by the Rules (such as creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, using automated means to inflate Stars, providing misleading information, etc.), to exclude such Participant from the Competition and deactivate the relevant account(s).
2. The Organizer is obligated:

1. to comply with these Rules;
2. to award the Prize(s) to the Participant(s) if they duly fulfil all conditions for receiving it as stipulated by the Rules.

1. The Partner has the right:
1. to conduct a verification check before crediting a bonus to the Participant, in accordance with the Partner's internal regulations, policies and/or rules;
2. to refuse crediting a bonus based on verification results.
2. The Partner is obligated:
1. to comply with these Rules;
2. to provide the Participant with a bonus in the manner, amount, and under the conditions specified in the description of the relevant Task, provided the Participant successfully completes all requirements of such Task;
3. to ensure that information about the conditions for receiving the bonus is published on its resources (websites, applications).
3. The Organizer is not liable for the Partner's failure to fulfil or improper fulfilment of its obligations to the Participant.

1. PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION AND ACQUISITION OF RATING STARS

6.1. To participate in the Competition, an individual who meets the requirements of Sections 3 and 5 of the Rules must log in to the Organizer's Website and complete the Tasks on the Competition Page. Rating Stars are awarded and counted in the Round Rating only for authorised Participants. Stars formally «awarded» to an unauthorised user are not saved and are not counted in the Round Rating.

6.2. Rating Stars are the sole unit of account in the Competition and are awarded to the Participant for completing both daily and special Tasks of the Round.

6.3. Daily Tasks («Dailies»). On each calendar day of the Round, the Participant may complete daily actions and earn Rating Stars for each of them. List of daily Tasks:

6.3.1. Logging in to the Competition Page (special project). Reward: 1 (one) Star. Awarded automatically when logging in with an authorised account.

6.3.2. Opening the «Today» card in the advent calendar. Reward: 3 (three) Stars. Awarded when the Participant opens the card for the corresponding calendar day.

6.3.3. Leaving a comment on the daily competition post. Reward: 3 (three) Stars.

6.3.4. Submitting a match prediction. Reward: 3 (three) Stars. Awarded after saving the prediction in the predictions section on the Organizer's Website.

6.3.5. Sharing the news. Reward: 3 (three) Stars. Awarded after clicking the «Share» button.

6.3.6. Each daily Task specified in Sections 6.3.1–6.3.5 of the Rules may be completed by the Participant no more than once per calendar day. Repeated completion of the same Task within the same calendar day does not result in additional Stars being awarded.

6.3.7. Bonus for completing the full set. If the Participant completes all daily Tasks specified in Sections 6.3.1–6.3.5 of the Rules within one (1) calendar day, the Participant will be awarded an additional 10 (ten) Stars within one (1) calendar day after completing those Tasks.

6.4. Special Round Tasks. During each Round, the Participant may complete special Tasks and receive Rating Stars for them. List of special Tasks:

6.4.1. Subscribe to one (1) Legalbet expert on the Organizer's Website. Reward: 10 (ten) Stars.

6.4.2. Complete the Legalbet quiz (a themed survey dedicated to the 2026 FIFA World Cup). Reward: 15 (fifteen) Stars.

6.4.3. Earn the «Copper Ball» award in the Game. Reward: 10 (ten) Stars.

6.4.4. Earn the «Silver Ball» award in the Game. Reward: 15 (fifteen) Stars.

6.4.5. Earn the «Golden Ball» award in the Game. Reward: 20 (twenty) Stars.

6.4.6. Complete their profile on the Competition Page (special project) by indicating the team supported by the Participant and choosing an avatar and label. Reward: 20 (twenty) Stars.

6.4.7. Link their account on the Partner's Website to their account on the Organizer's Website. Reward: 20 (twenty) Stars.

6.4.8. Complete the simulator on the Competition Page (special project). Reward: 15 (fifteen) Stars.

6.4.9. The special Tasks specified in Sections 6.4.1–6.4.5 of the Rules may be completed by the Participant no more than once within a single Round. The opportunity to complete these special Tasks and earn Stars for them is renewed with each new Round. For example, a Participant who completed the «Subscribe to an expert» Task in Round 1 may complete the same Task again in Round 2 and receive Stars for it again.

6.4.10. The special Tasks specified in Sections 6.4.6–6.4.8 of the Rules may be completed by the Participant no more than once during the entire Competition, regardless of the number of Rounds. Repeated completion of these Tasks in subsequent Rounds does not result in additional Stars being awarded.

6.5. Stars awarded in one Round are counted only in the Rating for that Round and do not carry over to subsequent Rounds. At the start of each new Round, the counting of Stars begins from scratch (a new rating cycle).

6.6. The Rating is formed by ranking all Participants logged in to the Organizer's Website in descending order by the number of Rating Stars accumulated. Rating Stars of users who have not logged in to the Organizer's Website are not saved and are not displayed in the Rating.

6.7. The formation and maintenance of the Round Rating and the Final Round Rating are carried out entirely automatically by the software of the Organizer's Website. The Organizer's intervention (manual control, adjustments or subjective ranking) in the process of calculating Stars and assigning positions is prohibited.

6.8. If several Participants have earned the same number of Stars at the end of a Round, the Participant who reached that number of Stars first takes the higher position. The moment the result is achieved is deemed to be the date and time at which the Star that resulted in the corresponding total was awarded.

6.9. Each Participant may use only one account to participate in the Competition. If it is determined that one person is managing multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to keep only the first account active and cancel all others without the right to receive Prizes.

1. PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING WINNERS

1. At the end of each Round, Winners are determined by the total number of Rating Stars accumulated during that Round. Participants with the highest star count occupy the top positions and become Winners. In the event of a tie, positions are resolved in favour of the Participant who completed their last task earlier. The number of winning places in each Round is equal to the number of Prizes for the relevant Round (refer to Section 8).
2. The Round results are published on the Competition Page. Following publication, Organizer staff will contact Winners within 72 (seventy-two) hours. To receive the Prize, the Winner must, within 72 hours of receiving the corresponding email, provide information allowing the Organizer to dispatch the Prize (phone number, registered address, and actual residential address).
3. The Organizer reserves the right, without further notice, to refuse the Prize to the Winner or to postpone its delivery in the following cases:
1. if the Organizer is unable to contact the Winner within the specified timeframe for reasons beyond the Organizer's control;
2. if the Participant violates these Rules, including failure to provide the information specified in Section 7.2 within the specified timeframe, or refusal to accept the Prize;
3. if the Organizer's security service detects the creation of multiple accounts, fake profiles, or inflating of Stars; the Participant has no right to demand information from the security service. The methods and techniques used to detect violations are confidential;
4. if additional verification is not completed within 72 hours of the Participant being notified of their Winner status; or if the Participant knowingly provides false or third-party personal information.
4. Competition results are final, except where the Organizer discovers violations of the rules committed by the declared Winner after results are published. If such violations are discovered, the Organizer reserves the right to deny the Prize to the relevant Participant.
5. By participating in the Competition, the Participant agrees to receive informational messages about the Competition progress and results at the email address indicated in their account.

2. PRIZE FUND

8.1. The Competition prize fund is formed from the Organizer's own funds and consists of valuable gifts in kind.

8.2. Prizes are distributed among the Rounds according to Participants' positions in the Final Round Rating as follows:

8.2.1. 1st place in the Round 1 Final Rating: wireless headphones (AirPods Pro or Galaxy Buds, at the Organizer's discretion);

8.2.2. 2nd–5th places (inclusive) in the Round 1 Final Rating: LEGO Football Highlights (small set);

8.2.3. 6th and 7th places in the Round 1 Final Rating: shirt of a team participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup;

8.2.4. 1st place in the Round 2 Final Rating: Sony PlayStation 5 console with a digital activation code for EA Sports FC;

8.2.5. 2nd–5th places (inclusive) in the Round 2 Final Rating: LEGO Football Highlights (small set);

8.2.6. 6th and 7th places in the Round 2 Final Rating: shirt of a team participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup;

8.2.7. 1st place in the Round 3 Final Rating: 4K Smart TV 55" (model at the Organizer's discretion);

8.2.8. 2nd and 3rd places in the Round 3 Final Rating: LEGO Football Legend (large set);

8.2.9. 4th–7th places (inclusive) in the Round 3 Final Rating: shirt of a team participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup;

8.2.10. 1st place in the Round 4 Final Rating: iPhone 17 smartphone (model and colour at the Organizer's discretion);

8.2.11. 2nd place in the Round 4 Final Rating: JBL Charge portable speaker (model at the Organizer's discretion);

8.2.12. 3rd place in the Round 4 Final Rating: LEGO «FIFA World Cup» set (2,842 pieces);

8.2.13. 4th–7th places (inclusive) in the Round 4 Final Rating: shirt of a team participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

8.3. The prize fund is limited. The number of potential Winners: Round 1 – 7; Round 2 – 7; Round 3 – 7; Round 4 – 7. Total potential Winners: 28.

8.4. The Organizer reserves the right:

8.4.1. not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with Participants, except as provided by the Rules and applicable Spanish law, and in the event of disputes;

8.4.2. to unilaterally terminate or suspend the Competition, or modify these Rules, if for any reason any aspect of the Competition cannot be implemented as planned, including due to technical equipment failure, malware, communication network problems, unauthorised interference, or any other cause beyond the Organizer's reasonable control;

8.4.3. in the event of fraudulent activity, attempts to circumvent the Rules, participation from multiple accounts, attempts to impersonate another person, or changes to the account holder's name, to disqualify the Participant and remove them from the Competition, and to block suspicious accounts;

8.4.4. where there is suspicion of the above actions, to request additional information and/or documents, including a photograph or scan of an identity document, and to conduct video verification; if such information is not provided, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participant;

8.4.5. to reduce or modify the number of Prizes.

8.5. One Participant may receive only one Prize within one Round; however, the same Participant may receive Prizes in several different Rounds of the Competition.

8.6. No cash equivalent of Prizes will be paid. The Prize cannot be replaced at the Winner's request. In case of non-delivery of the Prize to the Winner for any reason, the Prize is not subject to re-delivery to remaining Participants and remains with the Organizer.

8.7. Winning a Prize in any Round of the Competition does not guarantee future winnings on the Partners' Websites.

1. TAXATION OF PRIZES

1. Pursuant to Spanish Law, Prizes awarded under this Competition are classified as capital gains not derived from the transfer of assets (ganancias patrimoniales no derivadas de transmisión de elementos patrimoniales) and are included in the Winner's general taxable base for Personal Income Tax (IRPF), to be declared in section G1 of the annual tax return.
2. The Organizer is a non-resident legal entity without a permanent establishment, tax presence, or the status of a Spain withholding tax agent. Accordingly, the obligation to declare and pay income tax on the Prize passes directly to the individual Winner — the recipient of the prize.
3. Winners who receive a Prize are personally responsible for declaring such income to the relevant Spanish Tax Authorities by submitting the relevant tax declarations as specified in the applicable Spanish laws and regulations.
4. The Organizer does not assume any liability for the Winner's tax obligations. Each Winner is solely responsible for complying with applicable Spanish tax laws and regulations, including timely filing of declarations and payment of any taxes due.
5. By accepting a Prize, the Winner acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of the Prize under applicable Spanish laws and regulations.
6. The Organizer shall provide the Winner, upon written request, with a certificate confirming the market value of the Prize for the purposes of Spanish income tax declaration. This certificate shall be issued within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the Winner's request.

2. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. These Rules are published in full on the Competition Page and constitute the binding terms of participation.
2. The Organizer has the right to amend these Rules. Updates will be duly published on the Competition Page, which constitutes appropriate and sufficient notification to Participants.
3. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures, connection quality, internet performance, loss, distortion or temporary unavailability of rating data, Participants' equipment and software performance, delays in Prize delivery, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.
4. By participating in the Competition, Participants consent to the Organizer and its authorised processors processing their personal data provided during participation, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), including collection, storage, use, and deletion of personal data, for the purposes of conducting the Competition and communicating with Participants for up to 2 (two) years after its conclusion.
5. As required by GDPR Art. 13/14, the Organizer provides the following information:

• right of access (Art. 15 GDPR),

• right to object (Art. 21). 

To exercise these rights, Participants may contact the Organizer at the above email address. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection supervisory authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.

1. A Participant may withdraw their consent to personal data processing by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Organizer's address. The Organizer will destroy the relevant personal data within 30 (thirty) days of receipt, except where processing is permitted by law without consent. Withdrawal of consent results in exclusion from the Competition and forfeiture of any Prizes.
2. Participants may submit complaints or queries relating to the Competition by contacting the Organizer at the above email address. The Organizer undertakes to respond to complaints within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt.
3. By participating, the Participant agrees that if recognised as a Winner, their login information may be published on the Competition Page.
4. These Rules and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Rules that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent Spanish courts. For Participants acting as consumers (B2C), disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Participant's place of domicile in Spain, in accordance with Art. 90 of the Spanish Consumer and User Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). The Organizer does not waive its right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

«COPA MUNDIAL DE LA FIFA 2026»

El concurso interactivo para usuarios «Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026» (en adelante, el «Concurso»), que forma parte del proyecto especial del Organizador dedicado a la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026, se celebra con el fin de generar y mantener la participación a largo plazo de los usuarios en los eventos del proyecto especial, aumentar el número de usuarios registrados y activos del Sitio web del Organizador y familiarizar al público objetivo del Organizador con las ofertas de sus Socios. El Concurso tiene carácter competitivo y sus resultados se determinan exclusivamente por la actividad, los conocimientos y las habilidades de los usuarios (en adelante, los «Participantes»), registrados automáticamente. El Concurso no es una lotería ni ningún otro tipo de juego basado en el riesgo, no contiene ningún elemento de azar, no requiere el pago de una cuota de participación, no tiene por objeto generar beneficios ni otros ingresos y se lleva a cabo de conformidad con las presentes Reglas. La participación en el Concurso es opcional y, al participar, los Participantes aceptan plenamente las presentes Reglas (en adelante, las «Reglas»).

El Organizador llama la atención de los Participantes sobre el hecho de que las actividades de los Socios implican la organización y realización de juegos de azar y apuestas, lo que puede dar lugar a pérdidas económicas. Los Participantes siguen voluntariamente los enlaces a los sitios web de los Socios. El Organizador no se responsabiliza de las consecuencias de la participación de los Participantes en juegos de azar y apuestas.

1. DEFINICIONES CLAVE

1. Concurso – actividad promocional basada en la habilidad realizada entre el público objetivo del Organizador, en la que los Ganadores se determinan sobre la base de los conocimientos demostrados y las tareas completadas.
2. Página del Concurso – ubicación en el Sitio web del Organizador en la que se publican el Anuncio del Concurso y las presentes Reglas: legalbet.es.
3. Clasificación Final de la Ronda – lista final de Participantes de la Ronda correspondiente, generada y registrada automáticamente al final de la Ronda, sobre la base del número de Estrellas de clasificación acumuladas y aplicando la regla de desempate (véase la Sección 6.8 de las Reglas).
4. Juego – minijuego integrado en el Sitio web del Organizador, que es el resultado de la propiedad intelectual del titular de los derechos de autor. Al completar el juego, el Participante puede completar Tareas especiales de la Ronda.
5. Sitio web del Organizador – sistema de información accesible a través de Internet en el nombre de dominio legalbet.es.
6. Participante – persona física con capacidad jurídica, de al menos 18 (dieciocho) años de edad, con residencia habitual en España, que también sea residente fiscal en España de conformidad con la legislación y normativa fiscal española aplicable, registrada correctamente y con identidad verificada en el Sitio web del Organizador, y que haya realizado las acciones necesarias para participar en el Concurso descritas en las presentes Reglas.

*No se permite participar en el Concurso a las personas menores de dieciocho (18) años. Haber alcanzado la edad de dieciocho (18) años en la fecha de participación es una condición obligatoria. Cualquier incumplimiento de este requisito, si se descubre en cualquier etapa del Concurso, invalidará la condición de Participante de dicha persona.

1. Sitio web del Socio – sitio de Internet propiedad de los Socios o utilizado por ellos para llevar a cabo sus actividades, al que el Participante accede voluntariamente al realizar tareas de juego del socio, incluso a través de enlaces publicados en el Sitio web del Organizador.
2. Premio(s) – regalo valioso en especie, transferido al Ganador del Concurso de conformidad con la Sección 8 de las presentes Reglas.
3. Estrellas de clasificación (Estrellas) – recompensa interna condicional del Proyecto Especial, concedida a los Participantes por completar Tareas. Las Estrellas de clasificación se utilizan para determinar la posición del Participante en la Clasificación de cada Ronda y en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda. No tienen valor monetario, no pueden canjearse por dinero en efectivo y no son transferibles.
4. Ronda – período competitivo independiente del Concurso, sobre la base de cuyos resultados se determina la Clasificación Final de la Ronda y se designa a los Ganadores de la Ronda correspondiente. El Concurso consta de cuatro (4) Rondas (véase la Sección 4.2 de las Reglas).
5. Clasificación de la Ronda – lista generada y actualizada automáticamente de Participantes autorizados, ordenados de forma descendente según el número de Estrellas de clasificación acumuladas durante la Ronda correspondiente.
6. Tareas – tareas diarias («dailies») y tareas especiales de la Ronda, por cuya realización se conceden al Participante Estrellas de clasificación de conformidad con la Sección 6 de las Reglas.
7. Ganador(es) – Participante que ocupa una posición superior en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda y tiene derecho a recibir el Premio de conformidad con las presentes Reglas.

1. TERRITORIO Y REQUISITOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN

1. El Concurso está destinado a personas que se encuentren en el territorio de España. El Organizador puede utilizar medios técnicos (incluida la geolocalización por IP) para restringir el acceso al Concurso a los usuarios ubicados fuera de España.
2. El Concurso está disponible exclusivamente para usuarios que tengan al menos 18 (dieciocho) años de edad, con residencia habitual en España, que sean residentes fiscales en España en el sentido de la legislación y normativa fiscal española aplicable.
3. El Organizador y los Socios aplican medidas estrictas de verificación de edad. La participación de personas menores de 18 años está estrictamente prohibida.

2. CRONOGRAMA DEL CONCURSO

1. El Concurso se celebra del 11 de junio de 2026 al 19 de julio de 2026 (ambos inclusive). La duración total del Concurso incluye el período durante el cual los Participantes realizan las acciones requeridas; el plazo para que el Organizador notifique a los Ganadores; y el plazo para que el Organizador envíe los Premios.
2. El Concurso se celebrará en 4 (cuatro) Rondas consecutivas:
1. Ronda I: del 11 de junio de 2026 al 20 de junio de 2026 (ambos inclusive), 10 días;
2. Ronda II: del 21 de junio de 2026 al 30 de junio de 2026 (ambos inclusive), 10 días;
3. Ronda III: del 1 de julio de 2026 al 10 de julio de 2026 (ambos inclusive), 10 días;
4. Ronda IV: del 11 de julio de 2026 al 19 de julio de 2026 (ambos inclusive), 9 días.
3. El Organizador tiene derecho a modificar la fecha de finalización del Concurso, siempre que los Participantes sean debidamente informados a través de la Página del Concurso.
4. Los resultados de cada Ronda se publican (se forma la Clasificación Final de la Ronda y se determinan los Ganadores de la Ronda) automáticamente el primer día siguiente a la fecha de finalización de la Ronda correspondiente.
5. Plazo de envío de los Premios: dentro de los 30 (treinta) días naturales siguientes a la finalización de todas las Rondas del Concurso (es decir, después del 19 de julio de 2026), pero no antes de que el Organizador reciba de los Ganadores la información necesaria para enviar los Premios.

3. REQUISITOS, DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES

1. Los Participantes deben ser personas físicas con capacidad jurídica, de al menos 18 (dieciocho) años de edad, con residencia habitual en España.
2. El Participante debe estar registrado y disponer de una cuenta activa y verificada en el Sitio web del Organizador.
3. No se permite participar a las siguientes personas: empleados y representantes del Organizador y de los Socios, sus personas afiliadas y familiares*, así como empleados y representantes de cualesquiera otras personas implicadas en la organización y/o realización del presente Concurso.

*A efectos de las presentes Reglas, se entenderá por «familiares»: cónyuge, padres (incluidos los adoptivos), hijos (incluidos los adoptados), hermanos de doble vínculo y medio hermanos, primos, sobrinos, tíos, abuelos, nietos y tutores.

1. El Participante tiene derecho a:
1. consultar íntegramente las presentes Reglas;
2. consultar la información sobre los resultados de cada Ronda y del Concurso en su conjunto;
3. solicitar la entrega del Premio si se cumplen debidamente todas las condiciones para recibirlo estipuladas en las Reglas.
2. El Participante está obligado a realizar todas las acciones relacionadas con la participación en el Concurso y la recepción del Premio dentro de los plazos establecidos en las presentes Reglas.
3. Los Participantes son los únicos responsables de cualesquiera costes asociados a la participación en el Concurso, incluidos los costes de conexión a Internet y cualesquiera otros gastos de comunicación o transporte.
4. Al participar en el Concurso, el Participante:
1. confirma que ha alcanzado la edad de 18 (dieciocho) años;
2. confirma que ha leído y acepta íntegramente las presentes Reglas;
3. presta su consentimiento al tratamiento de datos personales según se describe en la Sección 10.4 de las presentes Reglas;

confirma y acepta que la negativa a aceptar las presentes Reglas y/o a prestar el consentimiento para el tratamiento de datos personales implica la negativa a participar en el Concurso;

1. confirma que es responsable de todas las consecuencias negativas derivadas del incumplimiento de las garantías, consentimientos y confirmaciones proporcionados de conformidad con las presentes Reglas.

1. El Organizador tiene derecho a:
1. exigir a los Participantes el cumplimiento de las presentes Reglas;
2. denegar al Participante la continuación de la participación y el envío del Premio en caso de incumplimiento de las presentes Reglas, incluida la realización de videollamadas o la solicitud de documentación de identidad adicional;
3. realizar una verificación adicional del/de los Participante(s) y/o Ganador(es) cuando se detecte actividad sospechosa;
4. decidir la finalización anticipada del Concurso y/o de cualquier Ronda;
5. cuando existan sospechas de que un Participante ha realizado acciones prohibidas por las Reglas (como la creación de múltiples cuentas, cuentas falsas, el uso de medios automatizados para aumentar artificialmente las Estrellas, el suministro de información engañosa, etc.), excluir a dicho Participante del Concurso y desactivar la(s) cuenta(s) correspondiente(s).
2. El Organizador está obligado a:

1. cumplir las presentes Reglas;
2. conceder el/los Premio(s) al/a los Participante(s) si cumplen debidamente todas las condiciones para recibirlo estipuladas en las Reglas.

1. El Socio tiene derecho a:
1. realizar una comprobación de verificación antes de abonar una bonificación al Participante, de conformidad con la normativa, políticas y/o reglas internas del Socio;
2. denegar el abono de una bonificación sobre la base de los resultados de la verificación.
2. El Socio está obligado a:
1. cumplir las presentes Reglas;
2. proporcionar al Participante una bonificación en la forma, el importe y con arreglo a las condiciones especificadas en la descripción de la Tarea correspondiente, siempre que el Participante complete correctamente todos los requisitos de dicha Tarea;
3. garantizar que la información sobre las condiciones para recibir la bonificación se publique en sus recursos (sitios web, aplicaciones).
3. El Organizador no responde del incumplimiento o cumplimiento inadecuado por parte del Socio de sus obligaciones frente al Participante.

1. PROCEDIMIENTO DE PARTICIPACIÓN Y OBTENCIÓN DE ESTRELLAS DE CLASIFICACIÓN

1. El Organizador publica información sobre el Concurso y las condiciones de participación en la Página del Concurso.
2. Para participar, una persona que cumpla los requisitos de las presentes Reglas debe iniciar sesión en el Sitio web del Organizador y completar las Tareas en la Página del Concurso. Las Estrellas de clasificación se conceden y contabilizan en la Clasificación de la Ronda únicamente para los Participantes autorizados. Las Estrellas formalmente «concedidas» a un usuario no autorizado no se guardan ni se contabilizan en la Clasificación de la Ronda.
3. Las Estrellas de clasificación son la única unidad de cuenta del Concurso, concedida al Participante por completar las tareas diarias y especiales de cada Ronda.
4. Tareas diarias (en adelante, «Dailies»). En cada día natural de la Ronda, el Participante puede realizar acciones diarias y obtener Estrellas de clasificación por cada una de ellas. Lista de tareas diarias:
1. Inicio de sesión en la Página del Concurso. Recompensa: 1 (una) Estrella. Se concede automáticamente al iniciar sesión con una cuenta autorizada.
2. Apertura de la tarjeta «Hoy» en el calendario de adviento. Recompensa: 1 (una) Estrella. Se concede cuando la persona abre la tarjeta del día natural correspondiente.
3. Publicación de un comentario en la entrada diaria del concurso. Recompensa: 1 (una) Estrella.
4. Envío de un pronóstico de partido. Recompensa: 1 (una) Estrella. Se concede después de guardar el pronóstico en la sección de pronósticos del Sitio web del Organizador.
5. Compartir la noticia. Recompensa: 1 (una) Estrella. Se concede después de hacer clic en el botón «Compartir».
6. Cada una de las tareas diarias anteriores puede ser completada por el Participante como máximo una vez por día natural. La realización repetida de la misma tarea durante el mismo día natural no da lugar a la concesión de Estrellas adicionales.
7. Bonificación por completar el conjunto. Al completar todas las tareas diarias dentro de un (1) día natural, el Participante recibirá 10 (diez) Estrellas adicionales por dicho día natural.

6.5. Tareas especiales de la Ronda. Durante cada Ronda, el Participante puede completar las tareas especiales una vez y recibir Estrellas de clasificación por ellas. Lista de tareas especiales:

1. Suscribirse a un (1) experto de Legalbet en el Sitio web del Organizador. Recompensa: 10 (diez) Estrellas.
2. Completar su perfil en la Página del Concurso (indicando el equipo favorito, eligiendo un avatar y una etiqueta). Recompensa: 20 (veinte) Estrellas.
3. Completar el cuestionario de Legalbet (una encuesta temática dedicada a la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026). Recompensa: 15 (quince) Estrellas.
4. Obtener el premio «Balón de Cobre» en el Juego. Recompensa: 10 (diez) Estrellas.
5. Obtener el premio «Balón de Plata» en el Juego. Recompensa: 15 (quince) Estrellas.
6. Obtener el premio «Balón de Oro» en el Juego. Recompensa: 20 (veinte) Estrellas.
7. Vincular su cuenta en el Sitio web del Socio con su cuenta en el Sitio web del Organizador. Recompensa: 20 (veinte) Estrellas.
8. Cada tarea especial puede ser completada por un Participante como máximo una vez dentro de una misma Ronda. La posibilidad de completar tareas especiales y obtener Estrellas por ellas se renueva con cada nueva Ronda.

1. Las Estrellas concedidas en una Ronda se contabilizan únicamente en la Clasificación de dicha Ronda y no se transfieren a las Rondas posteriores. Al inicio de cada nueva Ronda, el cómputo de Estrellas comienza desde cero.
2. La Clasificación se forma ordenando a todos los Participantes que hayan iniciado sesión en el Sitio web del Organizador de forma descendente según su puntuación. Las Estrellas de los usuarios que no hayan iniciado sesión no se guardan ni se muestran en la Clasificación.
3. La formación y el mantenimiento de la Clasificación de la Ronda y de la Clasificación Final de la Ronda se llevan a cabo de forma totalmente automática mediante el software del Sitio web del Organizador. Está prohibida la intervención del Organizador (control manual, ajustes o clasificación subjetiva) en el proceso de cálculo de las Estrellas y asignación de posiciones.
4. Si varios Participantes han obtenido el mismo número de Estrellas al final de una Ronda, ocupará una posición superior el Participante que haya alcanzado primero el mismo número de Estrellas. Se considera momento de obtención de un resultado la fecha y hora en que se concede la Estrella correspondiente.
5. Cada Participante puede utilizar únicamente una cuenta para participar en el Concurso. Si se determina que una persona gestiona varias cuentas, el Organizador se reserva el derecho a mantener activa únicamente la primera cuenta y cancelar todas las demás sin derecho a recibir Premios.
6. El Organizador puede llevar un registro de todos los Participantes, asignándoles identificadores únicos consecutivos. Los identificadores de los Participantes no se publicarán.

1. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA DETERMINAR A LOS GANADORES

1. Al final de cada Ronda, los Ganadores se determinan según el número total de Estrellas de clasificación acumuladas durante dicha Ronda. Los Participantes con el mayor número de estrellas ocupan las posiciones superiores y se convierten en Ganadores. En caso de empate, las posiciones se resuelven a favor del Participante que haya completado antes su última tarea. El número de puestos ganadores en cada Ronda es igual al número de Premios de la Ronda correspondiente (véase la Sección 8).
2. Los resultados de la Ronda se publican en la Página del Concurso. Tras la publicación, el personal del Organizador se pondrá en contacto con los Ganadores en un plazo de 72 (setenta y dos) horas. Para recibir el Premio, el Ganador deberá proporcionar, dentro de las 72 horas siguientes a la recepción del correo electrónico correspondiente, información que permita al Organizador enviar el Premio (número de teléfono, domicilio registrado y domicilio de residencia efectivo).
3. El Organizador se reserva el derecho, sin previo aviso adicional, a denegar el Premio al Ganador o aplazar su entrega en los siguientes casos:
1. si el Organizador no puede ponerse en contacto con el Ganador dentro del plazo especificado por razones ajenas al control del Organizador;
2. si el Participante incumple las presentes Reglas, incluido el incumplimiento de la obligación de proporcionar la información especificada en la Sección 7.2 dentro del plazo indicado, o se niega a aceptar el Premio;
3. si el servicio de seguridad del Organizador detecta la creación de múltiples cuentas, perfiles falsos o el aumento artificial de las Estrellas; el Participante no tiene derecho a exigir información al servicio de seguridad. Los métodos y técnicas utilizados para detectar infracciones son confidenciales;
4. si la verificación adicional no se completa dentro de las 72 horas siguientes a la notificación al Participante de su condición de Ganador; o si el Participante proporciona deliberadamente información personal falsa o perteneciente a terceros.
4. Los resultados del Concurso son definitivos, salvo cuando el Organizador descubra infracciones de las reglas cometidas por el Ganador declarado después de la publicación de los resultados. Si se descubren tales infracciones, el Organizador se reserva el derecho a denegar el Premio al Participante correspondiente.
5. Al participar en el Concurso, el Participante acepta recibir mensajes informativos sobre el desarrollo y los resultados del Concurso en la dirección de correo electrónico indicada en su cuenta.

2. FONDO DE PREMIOS

1. El fondo de premios del Concurso se constituye con fondos propios del Organizador y consiste en regalos valiosos en especie.
2. Los Premios se distribuyen entre las Rondas según las posiciones de los Participantes en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda de la siguiente manera:
1. 1.er puesto en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda 1: auriculares inalámbricos (AirPods Pro o Galaxy Buds, a discreción del Organizador);
2. puestos 2.º-5.º (ambos inclusive) en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda 1: LEGO Football Highlights (set pequeño);
3. puestos 6.º y 7.º en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda 1: camiseta de un equipo participante en la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026;
4. 1.er puesto en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda 2: consola Sony PlayStation 5 con código de activación digital para EA Sports FC;
5. puestos 2.º-5.º (ambos inclusive) en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda 2: LEGO Football Highlights (set pequeño);
6. puestos 6.º y 7.º en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda 2: camiseta de un equipo participante en la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026;

12. 3.er puesto en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda 4: altavoz portátil JBL Charge (modelo a discreción del Organizador);
13. puestos 4.º-6.º (ambos inclusive) en la Clasificación Final de la Ronda 4: camiseta de un equipo participante en la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026.
3. El fondo de premios es limitado. Número de posibles Ganadores: Ronda 1 – 7; Ronda 2 – 7; Ronda 3 – 5; Ronda 4 – 6. Número total de posibles Ganadores: 25.
4. El Organizador se reserva el derecho a:
1. no entablar negociaciones por escrito ni otros contactos con los Participantes, salvo según lo previsto en las Reglas y en la legislación española aplicable, y en caso de litigios;
2. poner fin o suspender unilateralmente el Concurso, o modificar las presentes Reglas, si por cualquier motivo algún aspecto del Concurso no puede ejecutarse según lo previsto, incluido por fallos de los equipos técnicos, software malicioso, problemas de las redes de comunicación, interferencias no autorizadas o cualquier otra causa ajena al control razonable del Organizador;
3. en caso de actividad fraudulenta, intentos de eludir las Reglas, participación desde múltiples cuentas, intentos de suplantar a otra persona o cambios en el nombre del titular de la cuenta, descalificar al Participante y excluirlo del Concurso, y bloquear las cuentas sospechosas;
4. cuando existan sospechas de las acciones anteriores, solicitar información y/o documentos adicionales, incluida una fotografía o copia escaneada de un documento de identidad, y realizar una verificación por vídeo; si dicha información no se proporciona, el Organizador se reserva el derecho a descalificar al Participante;
5. reducir o modificar el número de Premios.
5. Un Participante solo puede recibir un Premio dentro de una Ronda; no obstante, el mismo Participante puede recibir Premios en varias Rondas distintas del Concurso.
6. No se abonará ningún equivalente en efectivo de los Premios. El Premio no puede sustituirse a solicitud del Ganador. En caso de que el Premio no sea entregado al Ganador por cualquier motivo, el Premio no estará sujeto a nueva entrega a los Participantes restantes y permanecerá en poder del Organizador.

8.7. Ganar un Premio en cualquier Ronda del Concurso no garantiza futuras ganancias en los Sitios web de los Socios.

1. TRIBUTACIÓN DE LOS PREMIOS

1. De conformidad con la legislación española, los Premios concedidos en el marco del presente Concurso se clasifican como ganancias patrimoniales no derivadas de transmisión de elementos patrimoniales y se incluyen en la base imponible general del Ganador a efectos del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas (IRPF), que se declararán en el apartado G1 de la declaración anual.
2. El Organizador es una persona jurídica no residente sin establecimiento permanente, presencia fiscal ni condición de agente de retención fiscal en España. En consecuencia, la obligación de declarar y pagar el impuesto sobre la renta correspondiente al Premio recae directamente en el Ganador individual — el destinatario del premio.
3. Los Ganadores que reciban un Premio son personalmente responsables de declarar dichos ingresos a las autoridades fiscales españolas correspondientes mediante la presentación de las declaraciones fiscales pertinentes según se especifica en la legislación y normativa española aplicable.
4. El Organizador no asume responsabilidad alguna por las obligaciones fiscales del Ganador. Cada Ganador es el único responsable del cumplimiento de la legislación y normativa fiscal española aplicable, incluida la presentación oportuna de las declaraciones y el pago de cualesquiera impuestos adeudados.
5. Al aceptar un Premio, el Ganador reconoce y acepta que es el único responsable de cualesquiera obligaciones fiscales derivadas de la recepción del Premio en virtud de la legislación y normativa española aplicable.
6. El Organizador proporcionará al Ganador, previa solicitud por escrito, un certificado que confirme el valor de mercado del Premio a efectos de la declaración del impuesto sobre la renta en España. Este certificado se expedirá dentro de los 30 (treinta) días naturales siguientes a la solicitud del Ganador.

2. DISPOSICIONES FINALES

1. Las presentes Reglas se publican íntegramente en la Página del Concurso y constituyen las condiciones vinculantes de participación.
2. El Organizador tiene derecho a modificar las presentes Reglas. Las actualizaciones se publicarán debidamente en la Página del Concurso, lo que constituye una notificación adecuada y suficiente a los Participantes.
3. El Organizador no responde de fallos técnicos, de la calidad de la conexión, del funcionamiento de Internet, de la pérdida, distorsión o indisponibilidad temporal de los datos de clasificación, del funcionamiento de los equipos y el software de los Participantes, de retrasos en la entrega de los Premios ni de otras circunstancias ajenas al control razonable del Organizador.
4. Al participar en el Concurso, los Participantes consienten que el Organizador y sus encargados autorizados traten sus datos personales proporcionados durante la participación, de conformidad con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), incluida la recopilación, conservación, utilización y supresión de datos personales, con el fin de llevar a cabo el Concurso y comunicarse con los Participantes durante un período de hasta 2 (dos) años después de su finalización.
5. Según lo exigido por los arts. 13/14 del RGPD, el Organizador proporciona la siguiente información:

Los Participantes tienen los siguientes derechos en virtud del RGPD: 

• derecho de acceso (art. 15 del RGPD), 
• derecho de rectificación (art. 16), 
• derecho de supresión (art. 17), 
• derecho a la limitación del tratamiento (art. 18), 
• derecho a la portabilidad de los datos (art. 20), y 
• derecho de oposición (art. 21). 

Para ejercer estos derechos, los Participantes pueden ponerse en contacto con el Organizador en la dirección de correo electrónico indicada anteriormente. Los Participantes también tienen derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad española de control en materia de protección de datos: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.

1. El Participante puede retirar su consentimiento al tratamiento de datos personales mediante el envío de una carta certificada con acuse de recibo a la dirección del Organizador. El Organizador destruirá los datos personales correspondientes dentro de los 30 (treinta) días siguientes a su recepción, salvo cuando la ley permita el tratamiento sin consentimiento. La retirada del consentimiento da lugar a la exclusión del Concurso y a la pérdida de cualesquiera Premios.
2. Los Participantes pueden presentar reclamaciones o consultas relacionadas con el Concurso poniéndose en contacto con el Organizador en la dirección de correo electrónico indicada anteriormente. El Organizador se compromete a responder a las reclamaciones dentro de los 30 (treinta) días naturales siguientes a su recepción.
3. Al participar, el Participante acepta que, si es reconocido como Ganador, sus datos de inicio de sesión puedan publicarse en la Página del Concurso.
4. Las presentes Reglas y cualesquiera litigios derivados de ellas o relacionados con ellas se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con la legislación española. Cualquier disputa, controversia o reclamación derivada de las presentes Reglas o relacionada con ellas que no pueda resolverse amistosamente se someterá a los tribunales españoles competentes. En el caso de los Participantes que actúen como consumidores (B2C), los litigios estarán sometidos a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales del lugar de domicilio del Participante en España, de conformidad con el art. 90 de la Ley española de protección de los consumidores y usuarios (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). El Organizador no renuncia a su derecho a solicitar medidas cautelares u otras medidas de equidad ante cualquier tribunal competente.
